Weekly Monthly Comfortable 2-story condo consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs with master bath and guest bath. Living room, kitchen, dining room downstairs with a Powder Bath. There is a small private patio off the dining room with a weber BBQ. The complex has 2 Pools and 2 spas , paddle ball courts, and plenty of walking and biking in the area along the beach or Harbor. 3 Month booking required.
No Smoking, No Pets, No exceeding sleeping capacity, No Parties or Weddings.
UTILITIES
Tenants whose stay is 30 days or more will be responsible for all utility charges (i.e.; Water, Gas, Edison, Phone, Cable & Internet unless otherwise stated on contract).
LINENS
**All of our homes will be furnished with linens**. Please, bring your own beach towels.
Holidays are subject to a higher rental rate. Please inquire with our booking agent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel, your Security Deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. Rent that has been paid will be refunded ONLY if the property is re-rented for the time that you had reserved and equal dollar amount. If re-rented at a lower rental rate you will responsible for the difference. Changing of dates and properties are still considered a cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no less than a 60-day notice.
